The
Chinese auto show in Chengdu will hold the introduction of Infiniti’s new long
wheelbase Q50 middle-sized sedan next month.
The
auto manufacturer have probably noticed how long-wheelbase variants of small
and large sedans are selling well in the Chinese market. And in response to
that they decided to release the Q50L with long wheelbase.
In that
case, for Infiniti aficionado’s it’ll be a good news since there will be more
leg room, as well as back door space. Therefore, though there are rumors
circulating that the 2.7 additional inches change wouldn’t be that obvious, you
shouldn’t be worried. You’ll experience the change once you’re inside driving
it.
The
new Q50L will be getting a 2.0-liter four-cylinder turbocharged engine
producing 211 horsepower in accordance to the China emission regulations.
Knowing
how much long-wheelbase models and import cost can be, this novelty from
Infiniti will be produced in China in order to reduce the expenses.
Since
the car manufacturer made an effort to reduce their expenses on the car to
offer it to the public in a more affordable price, it is only fair for you to
give it a proper car grooming when necessary.
Due
to the hype of Chinese auto market, even the Volvo is now planning to produce
its S60L there next year along with Infiniti.
Although
Infiniti’s longer sedan will only be available in China for now, interested
U.S. buyers may like the model which was also initially introduced in
China—Q70L.
