Roll In 2015 With A Bang! New Cars Coming Your Way!

New Cars Coming Your Way

To keep the exciting news going, here’s the continuation of our previous post about new car releases for this year!

16. JEEP
RENEGADE: Now that SUV sales are going well, Chrysler sales execs are probably regretting that they decided to put the Subcompact Fiat-based SUV on the road early next year rather than today. This classic jeep look-a-like with a vertical grille and round headlamps will have 16 engine and transmission configurations, mileage that will exceed 30 mpg on the highway, plus the first nine-speed transmission in its class. Expect it to start around $24,000.

17. KIA
K900: Following the footsteps of its sister, Hyundai Equus, K900 is giving us luxury features in a lot lesser cost than its German or Japanese counterparts. Besides that, here’s a catch, we’re also getting two engine choices: a 3.8-liter V6 with 311 horsepower or a 5-liter V8 — Kia's first ever V8 — with 420 horsepower which are paired to an eight-speed transmission. Along with its additional perks like a reclining rear seats that are heated and cooled. All of those for the starting price of $60,400 including destination.

SEDONA: For the Kia’s new minivan, you might have to expect it to cost you around $25,900 since it’s where the 2014 model started, though the pricing for the 2015 model hasn’t been announced. This price goes with more leg room in all three rows than the outgoing model and optional leg rests in the second row, Geo-fencing, stiffer structure for better handling, and the new 3.3-liter V6 with 276 horsepower.

SOUL EV: Since the pricing for this model hasn’t been announced, we could all focus on its amazing features first. A range of 80 to 100 miles on a single charge, two charging ports, one for regular charging and one for fast charging, and KIA dealers offers the charging fee for FREE! Plus this all-electric version of Kia’s funky soul is expected to go on sale this fall.

18. LAMBORGHINI
HURACAN LP610-4: Gallardo model line was the car in your dreams before, but not anymore, now that HURACAN LP610-4 is here! Here’s the reason why: 5.2-liter V-10 engine with 610 horsepower, Seven-speed dual clutch transmission, Four-wheel drive, Goes zero to 60 in motorcycle-quick 3.1 seconds, chassis made of lightweight carbon fiber and aluminum,  all LED lights, and beautiful interior. All of that at the starting price of $237,250.

19. LAND ROVER
DISCOVERY SPORT: If you have $38,920 for starters, you can now experience this all-wheel-drive, a 2-liter, 240-horsepower turbocharged engine and a nine-speed automatic transmission Discovery Sport. Not only that it also has more leg room, allowing seven people and an efficient and safe body shell built from steel and aluminum.

Car grooming

20. LEXUS
NX 200T/NX 300H:  Lexus introduced NX with either a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine — the first turbocharged engine in a Lexus — or a hybrid powertrain. Both of them has the signature spindle grille, with highly sculpted surfaces and angular LED slits for daytime running lights of Lexus, and they’re also available with all-wheel drive.  However, the gas engine gets a 235 horsepower and is mated to a new six-speed transmission, while the hybrid has a specially tuned 2.5-liter gas engine and a new transmission with a kick-down function that automatically switches to a lower gear for smoother acceleration. Moreover, you also get to enjoy a touch pad in the center console, replacing the joystick other Lexus models are equipped with. There’s a wireless charging tray too, and a pre-collision system, all intended as a safety feature.

Car grooming

RC 350: You might have to wait until fall to know how much the RC350 costs, but you’ll know what you’re getting for that price tag right now! For starters, it’s a two-door coupe, the same platform with Lexus’s IS and GS sedans, two engine choices, the 3.5-liter V6 with 306 horsepower that's also in the IS and GS or a 2.5-liter hybrid powertrain. Excited already? The fact that the IS gets 28 miles per gallon, with a 5-Liter V8 expected to produce more than 450 horsepower, will get you even worked up.

There’s more to go! Just hang in there and we’ll keep you posted in our next post! I’m sure even car grooming services in Singapore are in tuned for what’s next. Who knows? Maybe one of these cars will surprise them at their doorstep.

Roll In 2015 With A Bang! New Cars Coming Your Way!

New Cars Coming Your Way

To keep the exhilarating news going, here’s the continuation of our previous post about new car releases for this year!

11. FORD
EDGE: You’re looking at the entirely revamped look of the Ford's two-row midsize SUV.  The new Edge is equipped with a standard 2.0-liter EcoBoost four-cylinder engine with 245 horsepower and two other optional engines: a 3.5-Liter V6 with 285 horsepower which is the same with the previous Edge and a 2.7-liter EcoBoost V6 with 300 horsepower in the Edge Sport.

F-150: Even the best-selling car for 30 years now has undergone some changes. The 2015 F-150 pickups will be 700 pounds lighter because of its 97 percent aluminum body and lightweight, high-strength steel frame. While under the hood are the two new engines, a base 3.5-liter V6 and a 2.7-liter EcoBoost V6, and a 3.5-liter EcoBoost V6 and 5.0-liter V8 carried over from the previous truck.

MUSTANG: For its 50th anniversary this year, the iconic pony car is giving us a new look! The softer interior complete with Ford's touch-screen dashboard system and adaptive cruise control is housed by the fastback profile of the original Mustang.

TRANSIT CONNECT WAGON: Some of its odd features may deter you from purchasing this one, but you might reconsider once you found out that the starting price is at $24,525, or more than $4,400 less than the Odyssey. Just take you pick between a 2.5-liter four-cylinder with 169 horsepower and a 1.6-liter EcoBoost four-cylinder with 178 horsepower.

12. GMC
CANYON: At $21,880 including shipping you are business appropriate for any corporate affair that you have to get to. What with its upscale version of the Chevy Colorado with nicer interior.

SIERRA HD: With a starting price of $32,405 including shipping, you get to drive around a new heavy-duty version of the upscale pickup, a doppelganger of Chevy Silverado HD with a better interior.

YUKON: Have you been waiting for the upscale version of Chevy Tahoe, with a standard 5.3-liter, 355 horsepower V-8 with a six-speed automatic transmission that gets 23 mpg on the highway? You can now have it at the starting price of $45,450 including shipping.

13. HONDA
CR-V: Rejoice! Because for the 2015 model year, the U.S. top selling small SUV is up for an engine and transmission upgrades, not to mention styling changes. But all the other juicy details aren’t out until the fall.

FIT: At $16,315 including shipping you are seriously in for a treat! "Top Safety Pick" earner of the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety, equipped with more powerful 1.5-liter engine with 130 horsepower and a continuously variable transmission that makes it quieter and helps it get an estimated 36 mpg on the highway, plus a roofline spoiler, LED tail lights and a rear-view camera. What more could you ask for?

HR-V: For a starting price of $23,950 with shipping, Honda is giving us a "versatile and spacious" interior that allows for multiple seating configurations and a lot of cargo space. But with the same engine and transmission of the old Fit-based SUV.

14. HYUNDAI
GENESIS: Considering that Genesis is sleeker, with a more refined suspension, powered by its 5-Liter, 420 horsepower V-8, with an 8-speed automatic transmission. It’s surprising that Hyundai is only offer this at $38,950 starting price, including shipping. Giving the German luxury a run for their money.

SONATA: With an upgraded suspension, better interior, standard 2.4-liter direct-injected four-cylinder engine has 185 horsepower, while a turbocharged 2-liter in a 2.0T Sport model boasts 245 hp, with a six-speed automatic transmissions, the $21,960 starting price with shipping is hardly a splurge. But wait, there's a 1.6-liter turbocharged Eco version with a seven-speed dual dry clutch automatic that gets 38 mpg on the highway too. Sweet deal right?

15. JAGUAR
F-TYPE COUPE:  Jaguar is giving you not one, not two, but THREE versions of this baby! The F-Type has a 3.0-liter supercharged V6 which starts at $65,925, the F-Type S has the same engine modified for 40 more horsepower and the F-Type R has a 550-horsepower, 5-liter supercharged V8 starting at $99,925. And these three versions are built from rigid but lightweight aluminum platform that allows an estimated 28 mpg in highway driving.

10 Most Popular Hybrid Cars

car grooming

Hybrid cars made it possible for people to save a lot of money from the rising cost of fuel. No wonder why there are a lot of hybrid models in the auto industry today. Discover what the 10 Most Popular Hybrid Cars are:

1.TOYOTA PRIUS

The Toyota Prius remain the most economical gasoline cars sold in the U.S. Only electric cars are more efficient and other makers have had six years to try and beat the Prius in fuel-economy ratings but none of them have succeeded.

2.HONDA ACCORD HYBRID 2015

The Honda Accord Hybrid uses less fuel than the Fusion Hybrid and it has a very quick acceleration. It also wins praise for its responsive powertrain and athletic handling, attractive cabin, which features upscale materials and is spacious, with a lot of room for passengers.

3.TOYOTA CAMRY HYBRID

The Toyota Camry Hybrid has been heavily updated for 2015, and test drivers appreciate its roomy cabin and straightforward infotainment system. The Camry Hybrid also offers more trunk space than the Fusion Hybrid, and it feels powerful for a midsize hybrid car.

4.FORD FUSION HYBRID

The 2015 Ford Fusion Hybrid comes with a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine and electric motors are standard, which are paired with a continuously variable transmission (CVT).The Fusion Hybrid feels quick from a stop and has sufficient power in most situations. It is nearly imperceptible transitions between gas and electric power.

5.TOYOTA AVALON

The 2015 Toyota Avalon Hybrid comes with a net of 200 horsepower from its lean Atkinson-cycle four-cylinder and an electric motor, which are paired with a continuously variable transmission (CVT). Avalon Hybrid can get to 60 mph in just (conservatively) 8.2 seconds.

6.RENAULT TWIZY

The Twizy feeds the tiny rear wheels from a 17-horsepower electric motor. Initial performance doesn’t feel too bad despite its lack of power. Experts say you drive it like a scooter – flat out, everywhere. This does affect range, but a minimum of 25-30 miles is still possible.

7.HYUNDAI SONATA

The 2015 Hyundai Sonata is a completely different vehicle, fully redesigned and now in its seventh generation. Sonata is one of the lighter cars in its class, it was also the first to move to an all-four-cylinder line up and it doesn’t want for more.

8.CHEVROLET VOLT

Volt is designed to look like a car and a good looking one at that. The 149-hp electric motor does give it an all- electric range of 38 miles. The cabin is unique and tech-filled, however the seats need more support and some material seem cheap.

9.FORD C-MAX

car grooming

The C-Max hybrid with a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine, electric motor system and powertrain delivers 195 combined horsepower--54 hp more than that of the Toyota Prius powertrain.  The Energi, the plug-in version, ups battery capacity to extend the electric-only range, but gets 2 mpg less in the city and 1 mpg less on the highway than the C-Max hybrid.

10.KIA OPTIMA

The Optima Hybrid is still a strong entry in most respects, with good performance, a roomy interior, and a great value-for-money factor—no matter which version. The 2015 Kia Optima Hybrid has a four-cylinder engine, electric motor and six-speed automatic transmission. At 36/40 mpg city/highway, the Optima Hybrid’s fuel economy is low compared to what its midsize hybrid rivals get.

Everybody wants their hybrid car to look brand new at all times. However, sometimes, we don't have the time to make it look brand new. In this case, it's important to remember that you also have the option of getting help from a pro like car grooming services in Singapore.
